0 Blackcat Pt Drive, Princeton, ME 04668

Beautiful 38 ac peninsula where one could create more residential lots, a private sanctuary or perhaps condos, sporting lodge or Air BNB cottages. Not far from Princeton airport or local town amenities. Underground power stops at lot 14. (near the turnaround).Close to thousands of acres of conservation land..1st section of Black Cat Point Dr is maintained by a road association & there's underground power in this Phase 1 subdivision.

2nd section (25 acres) just beyond the 14 Lot subdivision was purchased by a private individual. The rest of the peninsula consists of approx 38ac with a gravel road that continues a ways in - then ends in an open space w/plenty of room to park. Nice level walking trail will take you to the point. You might even find a rock campfire ring that ice fishermen may have put together - to fry up their catch !Estimated 4900' of waterfrontage, great fishing & hunting area
