MUST SEE! Don't let this opportunity pass you by. 40+/- acres on Big Creek is hard to come by! Roughly 1/2 of the property hosts flooded cypress and the other 1/2 forest. Sprawling trees, beautiful water and abundant wildlife makeup this gorgeous property.

Excellent opportunity for duck and deer hunting. Recent upgrades to the property include: - 30ft culvert and gravel drive for easy access - 40ft shipping container has been placed and leveled to add secure storage and the possibility for future on site lodging - Trails have been cleared throughout the property - Newly constructed duck blind There is a kayak on site for exploration. There's lots to love about this great piece of the natural state!
