02 Hayfork Summit, Junction City, CA 96048

This mountain property is 40 acres of off grid property waiting to be developed. The Property also gives you some breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, and the view goes for miles! At one time this property was used for l some cannabis growing but nothing really got developed other than two large building pads and a driveway.

Water will have to be by drilled well. There appears to be a small spring on the property that is still running even this late in the year. Sewer will have to be by septic system and power by alternate sources. If you are looking for a remote off grid property this one may be worth a look. This lot lays approx. 6.5 miles behind a SPI timber company gate, but the roads are good and the scenery is beautiful! If you are looking to get away from the rat race, then this may be the one.
