1 Bunny Trail lot: 1, Janesville, WI 53545

Now this is something special!! Just minutes from all of the conveniences that the city of Janesville offers & 47 minutes to Madison. This is 2.68 partially wooded acres with 100 ft. of Rock River frontage that offers multiple sites for positioning an exquisite home in a private setting!

Whether you choose to build high on the crest overlooking the river & ravine, or closer to the road for simplicity & convenience, you'll have year round, front row seats to all that nature has to offer! The seller thoughtfully installed an impressive retaining wall that gently runs from almost the top of the parcel all the way down to a set of approximately 20 concrete stairs leading to the shoreline.

This lot is located on a cul-de-sac adjacent to an executive subdivision. Use the builder of your choice to construct your dream home, or buy, hold & enjoy this investment, as it's one of only a few vacant lots along this impressive stretch of the river.
