1013 Chartiers Ave, Mc Kees Rocks, PA 15136

Established in 1981, Pittsburgh Custom Metals has built a strong reputation for creating custom wrought iron work, ornamental metal fabrication, railings, gates, and one-of-a-kind metal works of art throughout the Pittsburgh region. An incredible opportunity for welders, wrought iron specialists, fabricators, or entrepreneurs looking to own a well-established custom metal business.

This sale includes the business, building, machinery, equipment, and materials, providing everything needed to continue operations. The three-level commercial building offers exceptional flexibility. The main level serves as the active workshop and fabrication area.

The upper level is a blank canvas that can be utilized for storage, or future expansion. The lower level currently houses equipment and materials but was previously used as a personal gym, offering additional possibilities for use. The property features convenient rear loading dock access for deliveries, equipment, and larger fabrication projects.

As an added benefit, the current owner is willing to remain involved during the transition period to provide training, share industry knowledge, assist with existing projects, and help ensure a successful transfer of the business. Whether you're looking to expand an existing operation or start your own metal fabrication business with a proven foundation, this turnkey opportunity offers endless potential.
