Also in the back yard we have a small permanent grill, we put in irrigation on the front and side yards and drip irrigation around the foundation and palm trees. Then when we came in through the garage we used the back foyer as a drop zone. The four bedrooms are split up with the primary on the south side of the house with a large ensuite with both tiled shower, soaking tub, separate vanities, separate water closet, large walk-in closet and second closet in the bedroom. The other three bedrooms are on the north side of the house with a divided bath and two extra closets besides the clothes closets in the bedrooms.
