103 Haddington Drive lot: 402, Pinehurst, NC 28374

A rare opportunity to build a custom home on a 1.2-acre golf course homesite in Forest Creek Golf Club, one of the Sandhills' most established gated communities. The lot sits high along the 15th green of the South Course, giving it an elevated vantage point over the fairway below, while the backyard slopes down toward the course -- a walk-out configuration well suited to a daylight basement or a design that steps down with the natural grade.

(Owner has plans done to suit lot.) The high-and-back setting also offers a strong buffer of privacy from the course itself, with mature trees framing the property line. Forest Creek offers two Tom Fazio-designed championship courses, including the recently restored South Course, along with clubhouse dining, a nationally recognized men's locker room, tennis, pickleball, a pool, and a fitness center.

The gated community is just minutes from the Village of Pinehurst and downtown Southern Pines. With limited buildable lots remaining in Forest Creek, this homesite offers a chance to design a home suited to the property's setting and topography, in a community known for its architecture, privacy, and mature tree canopy. Whether the plan is a classic Carolina estate or a more contemporary design, the lot's elevation and course frontage give it real flexibility.
