Great lot, private, Backs to 2, 500 acres of US Fish and Wild Life Land that is open for you to explore, hike etc. Lot is on a dead end cul-de-sac. The Lot slopes left to right and is excellent for a basement, finished basement, and garage. The lot has already been examined by builders for a basement.

The lot is 2 to 3 miles from Coastal Carolina Univ. Approx. 6 miles from the intercoastal water way and boat launch. 15 minutes to the Beach, close to shopping. Very Private, room for your Boat, RV or Cars. Very hard to find in the Myrtle Beach area. In photos there are two pictures, a front and rear rendering of a home that could be built.
