Directly behind the property is a huge parcel of state owned forest, and across the road are several hundred acres of state forest as well.   A little tlc is needed on the deck and exterior.  The home could benefit from updated flooring but it has been nicely maintained and is very liveable, so updates could be done when time and budget allowed.
