10568 Rt-16, Chaffee, NY 14030

Attention anglers! Offered for sale is this 6+ acre parcel in the Town of Yorkshire, right on one of NY State's Wild- Premier fishing streams! Lime Lake Outlet is known for both brown and rainbow trout as well as yellow perch, largemouth bass, and black crappie.

With roughly 1200 feet of private access to the stream, you can find the perfect spot! Access is convenient with a driveway running about half of the length of the property (it is believed to be a part of Rt 16 before it was rerouted). Although a large portion of the property is in wetland and flood zone, there is a portion toward the Northern half that could possibly be used for a small cabin or storage shed.

(See photos). Located about halfway between Lime Lake and the Village of Delevan, you will be close to stores, gas stations, restaurants, and bait shops. Driveway is right across from the entrance to Arrowhead Campground. Negotiations delayed until 7-25-2025 at 5pm.
