11 High Point Drive, Mayflower, AR 72106

Beautiful lot in High Point Subdivision located in the Arkansas River Valley, just four miles northwest of Mayflower and less than 10 minutes from the nearest on-ramp to I-40. The subdivision is private and tucked away on a dead-end county road. This lot is 3.1 acres.

The land is very buildable with a slow downward slope from the road. At the very back, a portion of Beaverdam Creek cuts through the northeast corner of the property. This tract has lots of oak and hickory trees as well as few winged elms, Deerberry shrubs, muscadine vines, and wild blackberries.

It's common to see abundant wildlife, including white-tailed deer, rabbits, gray squirrels and many species of birds. There are several very nice homes along the ridge, with residents whom all have the self-sufficiency of their own water wells. Minimum building square footage is 1,450 and no mobile homes are allowed. More lots are available.
