110 Old Course Lane, McCormick, SC 29835

Outstanding Golf Course lot with water view and access, a rare find. This site is over a half acre in size with 166 feet on the golf course and 47 feet backing to US Army Corps of Engineers Property. The view is stunning lookin at the fairway approach to the double green of #9 & #18 with the clubhouse in the back ground.

The lot backs up to a cove and has views looking out the cove, better than many lake lots. However this is not categorized as a lake lot. The site is deep and levels out in the middle-back part of the lot. The land to the right is a natural water course easement on corps property.

Very private setting with a great build site. Lots like this are rarely available as most have been cherry picked and built on. Here is your chance to control the setting - view and the house you want to build. If you want to see an example of a lot like this that just had a home built on it look at 102 Epworth, same kind of lot/slope and the builder built on a slab.
