This 25.2 +/- acres of lush timber that is loaded with deer and turkey. There is a abundance of diversity of hardwoods, from several species of oak, to walnut, hickory, and a few scattered patches of cedars that provide bedding areas for the deer. The rolling hills on the edge of Truman Lake make it easy to use the terrain to slip in and out of the hunting woods.

With a few clearings started deep in the timber, there are great opportunities for crossbow and rifle hunters, as well as pulling that mature longbeard in from the distance. The rest of the property is prime for pinch points and travel lines for shorter distance shots than many archery hunters prefer.

A deeded easement will get you to the property from Z highway, and a transmission line clearing makes the approach open and welcoming. The property is bordered on the south and east sides by U.S. Corp of Engineers ground, making this 25.2+/- acres function more like 100! Located about 12 miles east of 13 highway, on the north edge of the Osage River arm of Truman Lake, this property is less than 30 minutes to Clinton and Berry Bend Public Use Area is just about 5 miles away, making lake access very easy to access.
