Stunning views of Prescott's iconic mountain, Thumb Butte along with city lights! Build your dream home on this cul-de-sac lot located in highly diserable subdivision Hidden Valley Ranch. The lot is elevated so homes behind it are down below resulting in ideal privacy and potentially protected view corridor.
Just minutes from historic downtown Prescott, including eclectic shops, restaurants, art gallaries, museums and regularly scheduled special events on the town square. Subdivision ammenities include two-story clubhouse with hobby/game/meeting rooms, community kitchen and seating for private and community events, small library, indoor racquet ball courts, ping pong, pool table.
Outside ammenities include pool, bocce ball, 4 dedicated pickleball courts (with weekly free group lessions) tennis courts and basketball court. The HOA sponsors free community events for residents including food and often live entertainment several times a year.
Considering all the ammenties and activites offered in Hidden Valley Ranch, HOA fees are some of the lowest in the Prescott area. The subdivision is adjacent to Prescott National Forest with miles of marked trails for hiking or bicycling only. Goldwater Lake is just 3 miles to the south with fishing and non-motorized boating, kayaking and paddle boarding with rentals available during the summer season.
