11367 Desrochers Road, Baraga, MI 49908

Attractive bluff lake lot with 71 feet of frontage. Being over 300 ft deep gives a lot of privacy from the road. Des Rochers Rd is a county plowed road allowing for year round access. The property has mature hardwoods. The property is relatively flat for about 2/3 of the property and then steps down in elevation to the lake.

The bluff height is about 10 ft down to the lake. Other land owners have used either a fixed metal stairway or a stairway system that lowers to get into the lake. Excellent views of South Entry, the Keweenaw Peninsula & the Huron Mountains. This is an excellent opportunity to have a camper, cottage or home very close to the water with erosion protection.

If one built on the higher elevation of the property they would have especially great views. It is an easy 15 miles of highway driving to the City of Houghton. Survey is on file. See video tour on YouTube! 72 hour response time requested on all offers.
