Extremely versatile productive family ranch opportunity! Currently a cattle grazing, hay cutting, deer hunting paradise. Situated as an island of grass cover with ample amount of brush, plus 2 substantial stock tanks in a sea of farmland, this thing gathers the game for miles around.

Deer numbers are surprising as is the dove hunting....well...you better buy your ammo by the case, never mind a box! High quality infrastructure...metal barns, working pens, exterior and interior cross fencing. The whole package is all here! This place is about perfect and is not an overcapitalized show place that will eat you up.

Everything here has form & function. This property is a productive working entity in extremely good condition that satisfies all recreational requirements as well! To top it off it is conveniently located! Only 40 minutes from Corpus Christi, TX and 1.5 hours from San Antonio, TX! A small Texas town with HEB, CVS, a bank, restaurants and a hardware store is just 6 miles away.
