You'll love sauntering down to the beautiful lake for a day of boating or kayaking before enjoying a lovely dinner at the nearby inn.

The association truly appreciates the rich history and wonderful sense of community. You'll have access to a shared dock, 400 feet of waterfront of which there is an association dock that is open to anyone for sitting, swimming and fishing. Then, there is a private dock which you will own 1/2 of for your own boat.

There are only 5 private docks (all shared) and no room for any more. Plus, there is so much to explore in Skowhegan! Recent updates like a new pellet stove, 2025, custom shed 2024, and beautiful patio and landscaping, 2024, make this home extra special.

The Association fees, $540 ANNUALLY, also include use of the tennis court, grounds, seasonal water, private dock. Lakewood Golf Course is located at the entrance to the community. As it is now, this is a 3 season property, but there is potential to add a well and insulate to make this a full year round property!
