12008 Savannah Avenue, Lubbock, TX 79424

Build on one of the most desirable stretches in Vintage Township and the last available lots. These exterior lots face open green space, added privacy, and a front-porch setting that actually feels peaceful. Each lot is approximately .20 acres, offering room to design a custom home that fits seamlessly within Vintage's timeless architectural style while still giving you breathing room.

Imagine morning coffee overlooking the park instead of another backyard fence. Vintage Township is known for its walkable layout, tree-lined streets, community pool, playgrounds, and beautifully maintained green spaces. Residents enjoy neighborhood events, local dining and coffee just steps away, and a true front-porch culture that's hard to find anywhere else in Lubbock.

Even better, there are four contiguous lots available on this block. Builders, this is a rare chance to secure an entire stretch facing green space and create a cohesive presence in one of the city's most sought-after communities.
