1209 E Stop 12 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46227

Per Marion County "It looks like that parcel is zoned DA; however, it is in the floodway and floodway fringe. No construction will be permitted in these areas. Our Land Use Plan calls for Suburban Neighborhood so it would need to be a residential dwelling constructed in the area where there is visible tree coverage (the triangular area in lower right-hand side) *SEE IMAGES*.

You are also able to build in the 500-year floodway which is the lightest blue." Aerial photographs in images show a structure present from at least 1956 through the late 1980s, but unsure about utilities on site.
