1226 Hcr 1425, Covington, TX 76636

Beautiful acreage featuring 2 pole barns, electricity and water already in place, and all the space you need. Located outside the city limits, and no city taxes, this beautiful land is heavily wooded with all the serenity it can offer. Make this your dream country living home with no known deed restrictions to limit your imagination.

Located on a private road, the land has 2 parcels, Tax ID 375860 and 453103 in Hill County. There is a shared pond between the back neighbor and your 2nd parcel, and all acreage is completely fenced. There is a nice home on 2 acres that sits in between the 8- and 2-acre parcels.

Should you be interested in just the back 2 acres or just the front 8 acres, let agent know. Prices will reflect that change, of course. Call the listing agent for more information or see the last photo of a crude mock-up map of the land. Buyer will need a new survey if financing. Street number in listing is so you can follow GPS. 1226 is actually the home towards the back on the 2 acres separating the 2 parcels being sold. The address of the property itself is TBD.
