Some homes are updated. This one was completely reimagined.Beginning in 2022, this home was thoughtfully remodeled with quality and longevity in mind. Nearly everything has been replaced--including the flooring, lighting, kitchen, HVAC system, faucets, well house, and so much more.

A new 30-year roof was installed in May 2024, along with new siding and a covered poured front porch with a porch swing that creates the perfect place to enjoy peaceful country mornings. The kitchen has been redone from floor to ceiling, including new countertops and refinished cabinetry.

All new appliances and ample counter & cabinet space makes this kitchen the beating heart of the home. Situated on 33 unrestricted acres with a beautiful mix of woods and open ground, there's room to hunt, explore, start a hobby farm, add livestock, or build the homestead you've been dreaming about.

A wet-weather creek winds through the back half of the property, adding even more character and charm.Need a workshop?
