130 Circle Dr, Hot Springs, AR 71901

1945 Sears Craftsman Bungalow, the original, and where the name when the name was coined. Sears home seekers know the quality of the lumber and all materials were designed and built to last. Located on a desirable street with original detailing in place, super hard to find.

Large shop in back with a garden space. Parking pads. Large laundry/utility room with side entry door to sitting spot. The bedroom with the sitting area has french doors to a private patio with Crepe Myrtle and charm. Spacious rooms throughout, with a great floor plan.

The large dining room is in addition to the eat in kitchen. Fireplace is ornamental. Stairs to floored attic with windows is off the kitchen. Central heat and air works well. Hard to find these homes, especially on a street that has little turn over. Near downtown, bathhouse row, Northwoods Trail, Parks & Trails systems, Gulpha Gorge, and Free water spigots nearby like Whittington Park.

Live in the National Park with the wildlife and culture the downtown and uptown areas provides. Small town with a heart, restaurants & food trucks nearby, community garden and community association for a sense of belonging. Low taxes, frozen by seller years back.
