130 Mohawk Court, Ohatchee, AL 36271

Nicely terraced 1.72-acre lot on the absolute best cove on Neely Henry Lake and the Coosa River. Lot features 176.8 feet of private waterline with about 100 feet of year-round deep water. Entire cove is a no-wake area which protects the 2.5 tons of riprap the seller has added.

Shoreline has already approved a large two-slip boathouse with upper and lower decks. Locals all say that it's one of the best fishing spots on the lake. Perk test and septic tank have been approved. Bring a life vest and paddle owner said he will include a 14-foot canoe. This is the last waterfront left that has no HOA and no deed restrictions.
