13070 State Hwy 3, Hayfork, CA 96041

This 19.78 acres offers a lot of potential for development and a fresh start. There is an older house on the property but due to condition and a recent fire, the house is of no value. The property has power, and the water is from a well but per owner, may go dry for a couple months in September thru October.

He usually buys water for a brief period. There is a good possibility of drilling a deep well for a continuous source of water. Sewer is by septic system. The property is fenced but some areas may need repaired. Carr Creek runs through the property and is seasonal at this time.

The land is flat and studded with mostly oak trees with a few pine and fir trees. The property is being cleaned up which is mostly scrap metal and there are a few outbuildings that need repaired. The value is in the land, being mostly all usable. This is worthy of a look, and this may be a perfect fit if you want to start fresh.
