1311 Pine Forest Rd, Hayfork, CA 96041

This Parcel offers 2.29 acres of untouched land. This property is in the Trinity Pines Subdivision, where the lots average in size from 1.50 acres to 4.5 acres of land. There is an abundance of trees on the property with a good mix of Pine, Fir, Oak & Madrone.

The property features a Knole that is softly sloping uphill from the road, which would make a great building site. Water will have to be by drilled well and sewer will need to be a septic system. The land is off grid so power will need to be by alternate power sources. Solar and wind power appear to be good options. This lot is a blank slate ready for development, and this may be just what you have been looking for, it's worth a look.
