Bring your builder or use one of ours and build your Dream Home, Barndominium, Riding Arena, Horse Barn etc. Enjoy your solitude and world class mountain views on this hard to find 2.63 acre lot. There are a total of 6 lots available with prices varying from $290k to $325k depending on location.
All lots come with a 5/8 district water tap ($95,000 value), power at the lot line, as well as a custom 3 rail rebar enforced concrete fencing that is animal rated and clearly marks your property lines. The HOA is very unrestrictive and operated by the owners of each lot, the CCR's have been crafted to solely protect each landowners property values.
HOA fees are only $200 per year and cover common area maintenance and snow removal if necessary. Animals are allowed, the number of animal units allowed is based on the Town of Platteville Municipal Code. Each lot does have native grasses growing with varying degrees of sub-irrigation to provide some forage for animals in the spring and summer months.
Lot 4 was sold before these lots hit the market, and boasts a beautiful custom built home. These Estate Lots are only 2 miles from Platteville, 30 minutes from DIA, 15 minutes from Greeley, with an easy commute to the Rocky Mountains for skiing, fishing and all that our wonderful state has to offer.
