The 99.27 is about as turnkey a place as you could find in the area. It offers everything for a person looking to have cattle or horses to the hunter looking for a place to bag his next Big Buck to the person wanting a creek, to over a million acres of National Forest out your back door!

The 99.27 is stacked with features that most cannot rival. Seller has taken great pride in the stewardship of this place, and it shows at every corner. Property is completely fenced and cross fenced with a large portion being horse friendly smooth wire.

Acreage is a good mix of open pasture/hay ground and woods for your livestock and wildlife to flourish. Year-round Rainy Creek is the West boundary of the acreage for that "live water" feature that is so attractive to people coming into our area. Ouachita National Forest is all around the 99.27 for ease of access to hike, explore or hunt.

Immediately across the paved county road is Muddy Creek WMA that is well known to be home to deer, bear, small game and the hard-to-find Eastern Wild Turkey!! 3 bed/3bath brick home, horse barn and shed with dog kennel.
