Turnkey 8-house broiler farm contracted with Pilgrim's on a 7-week bird program. This operation features eight 40'x400' broiler houses that were completely updated in 2021. Improvements include new Big Ace Ziggity water lines, Cumberland feeders, Turbo feeders, tube heaters, complete wiring, conduit, underground water system, vent machines, tunnel doors, vents, tunnel curtains, Rotem control rooms, and spray foam insulation throughout.

Roofs were painted and re-screwed, and three new generators were added for a total of four. The farm is serviced by natural gas and three water wells, including two newly drilled wells with a new well shed. Additional improvements include a new litter barn with compost facility, upgraded load-out pads and roads with new rock, and a remodeled brick residence.

This exceptionally maintained poultry farm offers modern equipment, reliable infrastructure, and an outstanding opportunity to own a fully updated operation with minimal improvements needed.
