Approximately 21 acres and a cozy 16' x 20' one-bedroom cabin await you in Aura, a quiet hamlet in L'Anse Township, Baraga County, in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. This peaceful and private property offers an abundance of wildlife along with several apple trees producing plenty of edible apples.
It's an ideal location for anyone looking for a recreational getaway, hunting camp, weekend retreat, or a home base for exploring the U.P. The cabin features an old-fashioned wood-fired cook stove, propane space heater, bunk beds, and full electric service.
There is currently no water or septic system. A privy is conveniently located near the southwest corner of the cabin. The terrain gently slopes toward an area that was once heavier with brush and tag alder. A portion of it has been cleared, and according to the seller, the ground remains quite dry and could potentially be cleared and mowed further to create additional usable yard space.
The location puts you within easy reach of Second Sand Beach, Keweenaw Bay, Huron Bay, Point Abbaye, and countless recreational destinations throughout the central Upper Peninsula. Whether you're looking for a hunting camp, weekend escape, a place to park the RV during your outdoor adventures, or simply a quiet piece of Upper Peninsula property to call your own, this is a truly unique opportunity.
