14 Sagebrush, Tres Piedras, NM 87577

Great opportunity in the secluded Tres Piedras area. This unique property has been remodeled, expanded, and thoughtfully cared for over several decades, retaining much of its original character and artistic influence, with spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

The loft provides a cozy retreat with beautiful mountain views during the day and an exceptional vantage point for taking in the stars at night. The previous owner was an artist, and his architectural stonework, sculptures, and craftsmanship can be found throughout the property.

Abundant solar gain helps warm the home, which is primarily heated by four wood stoves, with small gas wall heaters providing supplemental heat. The kitchen features a Vulcan commercial eight-burner range and dual ovens. An attached heated workshop provides valuable additional space for materials, tools, projects, or use as an artist's studio. This property also presents a great short-term rental opportunity.
