There is an attached carport. This home is not located in a pet circle, thus only verified emotional support dogs or service dogs would be allowed. There are many activities at Camp Florida. In the 9000 sq ft clubhouse there are concerts, dances, card games, bingo, exercise classes, dance classes, dinners etc.

In the pool house there are ping-pong and pool tables, a dart board, exercise room and library. The large saltwater pool is heated for enjoyment year around. Other amenities in the resort are horseshoes, shuffleboard, bocce ball, a putting green, and pickleball and tennis courts.
