1413 Gerald Avenue, Lehigh Acres, FL 33972

ONE OF A KIND 1/2 ACRE! CHECK THIS OUT! Lot features exotic tropical plants including 2 large Pheonix sylvetris date palms, Arenga engleri clumping palms, a very rare Beccariophoenix window palm tree, and extremely rare Attalea butyracea palm tree. These trees were collected and grown locally from seed by International Palm Society members, and have naturalized to this site over the last 18 years.

There is also a massive 100+ year old Southern Live Oak tree complete with hanging moss and native orchids. There are some salvaged real Chicago bricks onsite, enough for a small patio or walkway. Also included are some various building materials stored in a relocated old timber frame barn/shed.

Access to the site is by a shell-rock driveway over a 24' DOT approved concrete culvert, flanked by limestone cap rock. There is a well on site and at one time a health department approval on a septic system design for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath residence to meet pre-submit permit requirements of the day.
