The house is designed for one-level living, with a large guest bedroom upstairs, a loft that includes a sleeper sofa, a large storage closet, and a delightful nook that has been tucked into the eaves that is a special sleep-over and play space for little ones! The POA fees include $750 per quarter for the general Sweetgrass amenities plus $675 per quarter for landscaping care.
