Welcome to Petocka Run, a newer executive residential development in Bondurant offering spacious lots, tree-lined streets, and large post lights that create a welcoming neighborhood setting. Bring your own builder or build with Berkey Homebuilders on one of the exclusive lots and create a home that reflects your style, needs, and vision.
With custom home options, Petocka Run offers a neighborhood where each home can have its own character rather than feeling like every house was built from the same plan. Petocka Run features two ponds, a single neighborhood entrance, and two streets leading to cul-de-sacs, creating a quieter setting with limited through traffic.
The development is conveniently located next to Bondurant's sports complex, with baseball and soccer fields and walking trails nearby. Lake Petocka is also just a short distance away, offering opportunities for fishing and enjoying the outdoors. With a variety of lots, builders, and home-building options, Petocka Run offers the opportunity to build something truly your own in an established and growing part of Bondurant.
