attached), which indicates that 10 feet of the lot at 1823 Rolling Stone was acquired by 1827 Rolling Stone. For this reason, it is inferred that 1823 Rolling Stone is a legal lot and has the required 6,000 square feet needed to build a single-family dwelling unit.

I have attached an aerial for your reference; this aerial illustrates the deeds on the lot. A survey would be required to determine the exact location of lot lines and easements for the property.
