19 Montpellier QU, Saint Croix, VI 00820

A unique opportunity to own an amazing lot, with an amazing view, at an amazing location! Recently cleared crest top lot. Over an acre of land in a private, lush location. Offers a panoramic view of Buck Island, the C'sted harbor and neighboring islands.

Excellent building conditions. Convenient location, just minutes from town. This property was once graced by a stately home with stone walls, beautiful landscaping and a circular driveway. Damaged by Hugo, remnants of the house remain as a testament to what was and the potential that is.

Unable to build their St. Croix dream home, seller will transfer their building plans with the sale. Plans include design for main and guest houses with courtyard, fountains, fish pond and pool -all overlooking the gorgeous view! Survey is also available.
