A monthly service fee of $838 is charged to cover the cost of providing the following services: real estate taxes; property insurance; outside & inside maintenance including all appliances, plumbing, heating & cooling, emergency health call system, lawn & landscape maintenance, snow removal, trash pick-up, and routine preventative maintenance.
