19374 Pennington Branch Road, Holland, TX 76534

The Old Home Place Farm is a remarkable 73.17-acre tract that's been in the same family for 3 generations. With a great balance of cultivated land, treed/grass set-aside areas, and the old home place section, it's uniquely diverse for many uses. The cultivated land is rich blackland soil that has always produced very well.

Follow the gravel road up to the old home place which has a 1200sft equipment shed, a picturesque older barn, a windmill and wellhouse, and large native trees to include pecan. According to Bell Milam Falls water supply a meter should be available to serve the property. The set-aside area is in a flood plain and a gas line is placed along the gravel road. If you want to create your own home place, farm the fertile soil, hunt, or just enjoy a great view for miles this is the spot for you. No restrictions. Holland ISD.
