1972 Frederick St lot: 13, Naples, FL 34112

A rare cleared homesite just east of Royal Harbor and behind the Naples Bay Club, offering 70' of frontage and 160' of depth (0.26 acres) with no HOA. The west-facing rear exposure sets up beautiful evening light and sunsets for whatever you design. Location is what sets this lot apart.

You're steps from Naples Bay Club, offering memberships that include a resort-style pool with lazy river, tennis, fitness and spa facilities, and on-site dining at BlueWater Bar & Grill and Indulge. Just across the street, a brand new JW Marriott is under construction, bringing a restaurant and lounge to the corridor.

From here it's about a mile to Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South for shopping, dining and galleries, with Naples Bay, Tin City, and the Bayshore Arts District close by, plus easy access to the Gulf's white sand beaches. The street is in the middle of an exciting transformation, with new construction steadily reshaping the block.
