20.57 acres Custer Limestone Road, Custer, SD 57730-0000

Historical High Country Oasis is the only way to describe this unique find of a property available and ready for your dreams. Bordering BHNFLand on 2 sides and once the site of the Crawford Ranch and Sawmill, this 20+ acre parcel encompasses the unique characteristics of the higher altitude Limestone region of the Southern Black Hills with the hard

native grasses, seasonal creek running the distance, beautiful Limestone outcropping, a couple Old Growth Pines along with younger Aspen and Birch thickets, and expansive views all around. Positioned conveniently on the lot you will still find the usable wood barn, storage/tack building and well house.

Current owners have completed some extensive cleanup around the property including removal of dilapidated corrals, fencing, and an old mobile home. Whether it is elbow room and space for your hobby farm, mountain cabin site, or a personal place to escape with your RV, this one checks all the boxes.
