20 Acres Badger Avenue, Nekoosa, WI 54457

This northern Adams County tract features 20 acres on a quiet gravel road with deer, turkey, and waterfowl hunting while being properly zoned for a single-family residence or cabin, and camping is permitted. A driveway pulls into a nice open area to set up camp right away this season, with a trail system to help navigate the parcel.

Two subtle hardwood ridges traverse the property east to west with marsh and wetland grasses in between, creating natural travel corridors. White oak, black oak, and red maple combine with the marsh for the habitat trifecta of food, water, and cover. On the east side, a duck blind overlooks marsh potholes and doubles as a great spot for gun deer season.

An easy walk from camp, it's a comfy sit for the kids or grandkids. Within 20min of Petenwell, Arrowhead, Camelot, and Sherwood lakes; 15min to Sand Valley and Lake Arrowhead golf; 45min to Wisconsin Dells.
