There is a garbage disposal and water softener in the kitchen.There is a large master bedroom with loads of storage and with ensuite bath with a large cultured marble shower renovated in 2022. The attached shed provides lots of storage. The house is sitting on cement.

The roof is warrantied to 2032. There is an extensive patio at the back with a big seating area. The lifetime roof was put on in 2017 and the hot water heater is new since 2021. The house is entirely on cement. The painted driveway is large enough for a few cars and a golf cart or boat.

The house is completely furnished and walk-in ready. A golf cart is available to be sold separately for $3,000. The Camp Florida 9000 sq ft clubhouse hosts concerts, dances, card games, bingo, exercise classes, dance classes, dinners etc. In the pool house there are ping-pong and pool tables, a dart board, exercise room and library.

The large saltwater pool is heated for enjoyment year around. Other amenities in the resort are horseshoes, shuffleboard, bocce ball, a putting green, and pickleball and tennis courts. We are located on beautiful Lake Grassy and has a boat ramp and dock.
