The owners have a private locker inside the condo. The rules are : No PETS, NO SMOKING, NO RENTALS. The weeks assigned for 2026 begin on: 12/28, 3/29, 7/5, 10/4. Each year the weeks rotate forward one week. The partners using the week must pay for cleaning.
