205 E Llano Estacado A Blvd, Clovis, NM 88101

Just like new, high energy efficient building, what was set up as an eye clinic. Ready for new office complex or doctor's office with 11 examination rooms, 3 waiting areas, and a surgery room. One waiting room at the entrance with a reception counter and joining print and record room. This clinic was only used 4 or 5 times a month by the original tenants. Very little wear and tear on the building. Could easily be set up as an office complex.
