212 Chief Albert Drive, Yachats, OR 97498

OCEAN VIEW in YACHATS! The beautiful subdivision of Creekside is READY FOR BUILDING. Utilities (power, water, and sewer) are at the lot, roads are paved, and private amenities await. Lot 3 is 0.18 ACRES. Creekside is a small, thoughtfully designed planned community on 6.7 acres of forested hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Spring-fed Agency Creek meanders through the open space. In addition to spectacular ocean views in a peaceful forest setting, it offers a hiking trail along the Creek, picnic areas, and a gazebo at the trail head. The Yachats East Side Trail passes through Creekside, giving residents close access to miles of walking paths. Creekside is buffered by acres of development-restricted land, but the restaurants, shops, and beaches of Yachats are just minutes away.
