So much to offer on White Birch Lakes Recreational Association! 30 miles of beautiful roads for golf carts, ATVs, biking or enjoy the quiet wooded walking nature trail near the pavilion. This private recreational community is occupying 1750 acres of natural wooded splendor.

There is electrical available at the road for this 2 lots site on lot 806. This gated community requires an appointment for entry. The White Birch Association offers a lot to keep you occupied! Go fishing on private Lakes. No fishing license is required.

Love to stroll through the woods or ride around on your ORVs? The association even has walking and riding trails. A great place to be for any outdoor enthusiast. Or go to the clubhouse to swim in the heated, year-round pool, relax in the sauna, or enjoy a nice game of tennis, basketball, they even have putt putt golf!

For additional guests, the association has its own private campground- so invite your family and friends to join in on the relaxation and fun! At the campground, there is a playground, cornhole, and pavilion for get-togethers! The annual association fees for the lots are $440 a year each.

Enjoy camping from mid-May up to October 31st. A storage lot within the association’s campground can be rented for the off-season. (There is a wait list). You can learn more about the association at www.whitebirch.org. Camping is allowed from the beginning of Memorial Day Weekend through October 31.

Certain permits are given for some off season camping. The information can be obtained through the Associations list of rules. Always check rules before placing things on your property as there are some restrictions. Lots 805 and 806 are beautiful together and will be sold together.
