2245 BIG IVY Rd, Savannah, TN 38372

250+/- unrestricted acres in Hardin County Tennessee. Located in a peaceful community of Big Ivy, this farm has it all! First time on the market and has been in the same family for almost 100 yrs! Frontage on both sides of Horse Creek and a year-round branch runs through the property.

Plenty of frontage on a paved county rd. The property has large pastures that are partially fenced and are currently being tended for hay and were planted in row crops several yrs. ago. There is an active Timber Management Plan in place. The ridges were planted in Pine in 2014 and are just a few years away from the first cutting.

There are mature hardwoods in the hollows and on the ridge across the creek which could potentially provide immediate income. The property is teeming with Whitetail deer, wild turkey, and other wildlife. Bring your animals, start your homestead, start a hunting club, or build your dream home in the country. Easy Water Access! Must see!
