25 Moongate Court, Inlet Beach, FL 32461

25 Moongate Court is one of the Khoury Vogt designed gems of Alys Beach. This Moroccan influenced custom design benefits from a rare tower designation which allowed for a 4th floor rooftop terrace and a 3rd floor Florida room, both with unparalleled views of Sea Garden Park and the emerald waters of the gulf.

Throughout the house are rich textures, natural elements, and a mix of old world antiquity with modern influence. The first floor great room and kitchen feature 13-foot ceilings. Adjoining these spaces is an oversized lushly landscaped courtyard with a heated pool, 2 loggias overlooking Sea Garden Park, and an al fresco dining court.

The primary suite has 3 sides of windows looking out to the Sea Garden pedestrian path and down to the beach access crossover. This is a rare opportunity to own such a special home south of 30A in Alys Beach.
