If you are looking for private, secluded, and possibilities to homestead, here's your property! As you travel through two gates, down a long driveway, it opens up to a large clearing. Here you find the mobile home that needs TLC, a garden area that is fenced, another fenced area that can be used for dogs, chickens, or goats.

There is a well that is piped to the back of the trailer, where there's a facet that can water the garden. About a quarter of the property is wooded, and lays to the left of the mobile home, and to the right there are no neighbors. It has two storage buildings, both have electric and one has an AC unit. If you are looking to add to this property, the attached property is also for sale by a neighbor, and has a 3-bedroom home, with 2 RV hook -ups!
