High above Carmel and Monterey Bay, this remarkable 27.13-acre homesite offers an exceptional opportunity within Tehama, the exclusive 2,000-acre private golf community founded by Clint Eastwood. A winding, oak-lined drive leads through a signature landscape of mature oaks and open meadows to a generous, level three-acre building envelope, ideal for creating a custom main residence and guest house.

Sweeping views extend across Carmel Valley and the Santa Lucia Mountains, with additional vistas toward the Pacific Ocean and Monterey Bay. Sheltered from the wind and enhanced by sunny microclimates, the property offers a rare combination of privacy, natural beauty, and an inviting year-round setting.
